i have 4 dui in ohio in the past 20 years and not under suspention and all is taken care of fines and all last one was 5 years ago . if i move to florida will i be suspended for life?

Not definitely, but very, very likely. If you maintain a home residence and only live here part time, then you could keep your out of state license.
If you made Florida your permanent residence, it is my understanding ,you would not qualify for a Florida driver's license.
Excellent question. I would argue that Florida should recognize and honor the laws in the state where you were convicted. You have no suspensions active in Ohio, so why not be eligible for a Florida license.
I would go to a DHSMV office and try to get a Florida license, they may give you one. Now, when Florida requests the Ohio record, the 4 convictions would be picked up. Then FL might give you a permanent revocation. In that case, you would be eligible to apply for a BPO after 10 years from the date of the last prior, but have to go throught the special supervision program.
