Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I got 2 dui's in MI about ten years ago. I completed everything including a restricted license and breathalyzer on my car for one year. Just after the one year I abruptly moved to florida for better life. Florida granted me a license (under manager approval and many phone calls) in 2006. I since hav tried to renew driver license and same thing happened with computer beeping saying i not eligible due to MI dui's on record. Luckily the woman didn't confiscate i think she was supposed to. I still hav fl license but cant renew or change address so I'm stuck. I need a passport as well as new license but afraid they will confiscate if i go in there again w/out fixing MI record. thank u in advance for any advice

Check with Michigan to see if there is anything that you have not completed to be reinstated there. Once that is completed, you should be able to get a new license in FL.
