If you agree to a plea for a DUI to do s level 1 DUI class and the judge approves it dose the state of Florida have the right to overrule the judges decision and make you do a level 2 class because of another DUI 15-20years earlier in another state

Yes, the DMV can require more of you than what you were sentenced to because your license issues are a collateral consequence of your plea to DUI.
