i get arreested while i was inside my house get charge for dui

It is possible that they had probable cause that you were driving earlier. That said, a good attorney can file motions to dismiss based on the state's failure to prove driving or what is legally called "actual physical control." I suggest you call an attorney today in order to fight this charge.
