Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I got arrest 2/8/11 i still have not got a court date is it true if they dont give me a court date in 45 day they have to drop it

No that's not true. On the other hand, if they don't file the ticket within 90 days, you could be eligible for a dismissal. You should talk to your attorney about filing a motion to dismiss at that point.
