Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I was arrested for a DUI and out on bail, I have a ticket to go to Scotland and will be back before my court date, and out on bond, can I go?

Yes as long as you are not under a court order to remain in the state or county. Most people out in a DUI are free to travel as long as they appear for thier court dates

Yes, unless the judge ordered restrictions on travel and your bondsman is fine with it. It would also be helpful to have an attorney to help you so as to avoid any potential problems in the future.
