I was arrested for a 3rd Dui recently. I had my bond reduced on condition that I where the scram monitor. My other two DUi's were almost 20 years ago. My BAL was .16 but I had pulled to stopped the car, lock the doors with the windows up and kept the car running(due to the fl heat),once I realized I was too impaired to drive. I took a nap since I could not go anywhere safely. When the police woke me up, they arrested me for DUI since the keys were in the ignition. What sentence could I be facing?
