i have two misdiminors (diu and suspended license) and i went to live to another country, can they come and get me back?

If you've completed your probation and other requirements, nothing holds you in the U.S. If you haven't, and you just leave, a warrant will probably get issued for you in the U.S., but currently U.S. authorities don't travel to other countries just to find DUI fugitives, and I doubt they will in the foreseeable future.
