Breathalyzer Testing

My brotherin-law lived at a halfway house was allowed to come hom for weekends house only and go to work he worked at a Pilot gas station. He took a breathalyzer test and tested positive for alchol henever drank a day in his life, he has done many things but not drink. Is there any way to prove them wrong. Thank you
