What are my chances of pleading down a first DUI charge in the State of Florida? I have never been in trouble with the law and I have relatively clean driving record. There was no injuries or property damage.

There are several factors that would need to be known to answer your question. The State Attorney's Office will look at these factors, amongst other things: was a crash involved? what was your driving pattern and/or the basis of the traffic stop? if you took the breath test, what was the result? did you refuse the breath test? etc.
Without knowing the above factors, it will be extremely difficult for any attorney to answer your question.
