Your charge with dui and refusal to submit(but you didnt refused you attempted the test but there no result officer still put refusal the charge of dui dropped to reckelss driving will refusal to submit still stand on your driver license

If you didn't challenge the refusal at the DMV level then yes it will show up on your driving record. On the other hand, if you won the DMV hearing, then it won't show up.
