my childs mother was arrested the other day for driving under the influence of alchol/drugs. she has another prior for drug possession about 3 years ago where she was able to attend the pti program. what will be her reprocussions? i am certain it was drugs she was on. and since it is a felony will they allow her to have adjunction withheld even though she already had one on her previous arrest

You can't get adjudication withheld on any DUI. Unless there are other circumstances like serious bodily injury, or she has priors, then this is only a misdemeanor. However, she faces up to 6 months jail or even a year in an accident case. She may only get probation but I suggest that not only should she seek treatment but she should get an attorney for this new DUI charge right away.
