Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Right choice

I was arrested for a second DUI within 2 years - almost to the day. I refused to blow.

I have hired an attorney - but how do I know if I made a good choice?

You will know for sure when you see how your attorney handles your case and when the Court renders a verdict.

Seriously though, you should have given this matter more thought prior to retaining the attorney. You can ask any questions of the attorney and make inquiry of fellow attorneys or previous clients as to his/her reputation in handling similar matters. After you have already retained an attorney is the wrong time to have second thoughts.
