I was convicted of a dui in florida and am on probation. if I moved to tennesse and didnt return to florida ever what would happen in the event I didnt fulfill all my probation requirements. fines, Dui school etc.. ?

A violation of probation would be filed and you would be subject to arrest at any time, even in Tennessee. Also, you would never be able to get a license again.

No, it's more serious than that. They would consider you having "skipped out" on probation. Jail is more likely.
