In my opinion yes. DUIs stay with you forever. There may be other optios and defenses that a lawyer can find.

I agree. While you CAN handle your DUI by yourself, it is usually NOT advisable as there are a lot of conditions that an experienced attorney may be able to get waived or minimized for you.
