second d.u.i
I had my first dui back in 1995 in California,and I'd just got another one last week in Miami. If my first one was in different state does it count like first or second offense and would I'll be looking at jail time?

Alot could depend on your BAC. Did you take the breathalyzer results. Did you take this test or refuse.
I would also need to know more details about the entire circumstances, especially why you were stopped. There could be certain issues where an attorney could suppress the stop.
However, if it is a standard DUI with low BAC you probably are not looking at jail time.
