DUI Driving course
Is it to my benefit to take the DUI driving course prior to my court date? Would it be on my driving record if I'm found not guilty?

Re: DUI Driving course
it is good to take the dui school prior to trial so that if you take a plea or are found guilty you do not have to wait the time to get a hardship license or finish probation. however, it will be on your driving record. that is also the bad part of taking a breakdown to reckless, you aren't convicted for dui, but to any one looking at your driving record they might assume you were. try to negotiate it out of any plea. good luck, Joe Vredevelt, Esq.
