hubby got dui,16 years ago,in the state of fla,hes never been in any other trouble except this one time.he did his community service and probation but 2,we left the state because of my family was causing trouble in our marriage,now my hubby is on social security and in bad health and .social security is going to cut him off because of this warrent,what can we do.we have 5 kids and his health cant take it.please can someone help

Hello. You should hire an atty. in the county or nearby county where the case was brought. I handle these types of cases in No. Fla.
It should not be an expensive case, nor should it be very difficult. An atty. can ask the court to put the case on the calendar AND withdraw the capias (warrant). Next, we make sure the conditions of probation have been satisfied. If the Court is satisfied, probation would be terminated with no further sentence.
