If i do the pretrial diversion program, do I still have to put the DUI on a job application?

Can't do pretrial diversion on a DUI.

By statute, a DUI is a mandatory Adjudication AKA a conviction.

Because of this and all of the other penalties, I would consult an attorney in your area.

I agree. Where I practice law, PTI is not an option on DUI cases. I would contact a local criminal trial attorney in your area.
