DUI Question
Does a DUI show on your criminal record and would it be consider a minor traffic violation? I plead no contest in 2003 (FL) and to wreckless driving in 2005 (FL)

DUI and reckless driving charges are misdemeanors and will show up on your criminal record. "Minor traffic violations" are typically civil violations like speeding and running a stop sign.
