The Sa wants to throw the book at me I have double refuseal

Ihave alot medical problem there no hosptial in this jail IKam on alot meds they have totake u outside for headache! the Sa wants 120days of jail there was accident to no damges no one one hurt was arrest in My aprtment bld! Question is this usually being it was outise 5yrs of for dui? Mark

That does seem like a high punishment. What are the circumstances behind this DUI? And have you been in jail since 1/14/04? If so, you may be able to get time served along with the standard conditions of DUI probation.
