I got a d.w.i. in Naples, FL seven years ago and there is an outstanding warrant for my arrest. I now live in NH and I am wondering if I can get the charges transferred from FL to NH?

They can't be transferred. However, assuming this is not a violation of probation, an attorney can do what is called a plea in absentia. You will still have to do certain conditions such as probation and DUI school, for example, but it wouldn't require you to return. Contact an attorney about working out an agreement to handle this case. Furthermore, there are a lot of legal issues to challenge a DUI and an attorney can help with those as well.
