DWLSR on a Refusal to Blow Case
hi,
I was arrested for DUI/Refusing to Submit to Field Sobriety Tests in June of 2008.
I took the Level II driving course as I had a DUI in 2002. I obtained a certificate of completion but did not request a hardship license.
last week, I went through a sobriety checkpoint and didn't have a license. I was arrested.
I am on pre-trial release and an order to show cause has been issued for violating those terms.
I am a working single mom and I am the only one physically supporting my daughter. In addition to the driving class, I enrolled myself in counseling.
I am not sure what's going to take place. Will i go to jail for this??

Re: DWLSR on a Refusal to Blow Case
There is a good possibility, although the counseling might make a difference to the judge. You have two problems, the vop and the new charge. You can't deal with just one of those charges at a time. You should obtain an attorney that is familiar with traffic matters and dui's to help in this situation. If I can be of any further assistance, please call me.
