I am on felony probation for my 2 DUI and driving while license suspended. The court put me on 2 years probation. I am suppose to be off of probation on August 22, 2014. I have complied with all of the terms of my probation except taking the DUI class. My probation officer vop'd me and said that I needed proof of registering for the class by today. I registered for the class on August 15, 2014 and noticed that the warrant be came active tonight. Is it a vop if I registered for the class before the termination date of my probation?

It is a vop when the JUDGE ordered you to complete the class, not the end of probation. However, if your PO gave you a chance to get registered, then make sure the court knows that (through your attorney of course).
