In Florida, once you are convicted of multiple dui and are mandated to an ignition interlock device in the car, is it mandatory to place in all vehicles owned or leased, or can you get away with placing it on the only vehicle you operate? Reason being, I purchased a car for my mom since she had bad credit and I currently lease a vehicle. The law says its mandatory on all vehicles owned or leased. When you go to install the device, do they expect you to bring all your vehicles or can you bring the one you will operate? Thanks

The device is to be placed on ALL vehicles that are owned or leased by you. If the car is paid off, you can transfer the title to your mom to avoid having to put the device on that car.
