My Florida driver's license was suspended after a DUI received in 2003. My one and only. I had to attend driving classes, and substance abuse classes (which I did) and was supposed to pay about $500.00 to get it back, which I never did that because I do not have the money. Since it has been so long I am wondering if there is time limit to completeing the necessary requirements to get my license reinstated?

Well usually it is a requirement of your probation. It sounds like that is over with though. So there is no time requirement other than you can't get your license until all conditions are completed. I've had clients wait over 20 years to get their conditions completed, they could just never drive.
