If I have a Florida hardship license what states in the southeast is it good in?

The extent to which a state, other than Florida, regulates the driving privilege of an individual is completely up to that state. If you move away from Florida, you will have to check with the Department of Highway Safety in that state to confirm the extent of your ability to drive and when you will be required to obtain a driver's license issued by that state. If you are just passing through other states then you should abide by your Florida license restrictions.
