If found guilty of a traffic violation in one county of fl can you serve out the probation sentance in another county.

If you are found guilty of a misdemeanor criminal-traffic infraction you generally would be allowed to report to probation by phone or mail if you live out of county.

You have to get permission from the court although I've never seen a judge deny a request to go to a different county. Remember though, you can't just do it, you MUST get permission from the court.
