Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

A friend was told that it is possible to get a mug shot removed from the net, by using an attorney's services. I was also told by an attorney's secretary that to get a mug shot removed, one must contact the agency that was hired by the county to post mug shots and "work" with them. My dating life and general reputation is being ruined by a DUI mugshot. Prior to that, I had no brushes with the law and had a perfect driving record. I do not have thousands of dollars to get this removed. I am also considering changing my last name, in order for it to be more difficult for people to pull up the mugshot. I know that it will be forever with my arrested name. Thank you for your help, and if you are an attorney who can remove the shot, I am interested in perhaps hiring you.
