not guilty, although charged
accepted plea bargain, although not guilty; probation was violated; now serving time for crime not commited.
What can I do to get out of prison?

rule 3.850 ineffective assistance of counsel. You should retain a lawyer to do it. I can handle it. They are difficult and rarely granted but are worth looking at. I'm assuming you had a public defender.
I was a prosecutor for 17 years and have done defense work for 3. I only do criminal cases. Let me know if you want me to quote you a fee to handle this. Also, what county are you in?
