I was involved in an accident while smoking synthetic marijuana. i did not receive ticket or arrested. months later, i get a letter from florida highway patrol for my medical report that night. The medical report says I was under the influence. If i dont send it, they will revoke my license. How long will this revoke last?

If FHP sent you a letter, that probably means they subpoenaed your records and found this substance. However, this can be fought on the criminal level. You asked about your license and yes they can take your license but not based on the very limited information you gave. You need to consult with an attorney in your area who can review your documents and see what the best next step is. DO NOT DELAY AS THERE ARE STRICT TIME LIMITS WHICH COULD CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR LICENSE AMONG OTHER THINGS.
