Liability due to Marriage

When I remarry, will I have liability for her kids. (Kid gets in car accident, can I be sued or just the parents?). What are my options

Florida law doesn't have an absolutely clear answer on this (in other words, it hasn't come up before the Florida supreme court yet), but the probable answer is that step-parents have no liability for step-children unless they somehow contribute to the negligence (for instance, if you give the kids alcohol before they go out driving).
