Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I live in north florida and need some advice on obtaining a defense attny for some pending charges i have in geogia (dui/traffic) from a county police department. The court date is 3 weeks out. How can i know that I am getting the best attorney

You need to contact an attorney that practices in Georgia. You should probably check and see if they belong to any state criminal defense lawyer associations or local criminal defense lawyer associations. Call and ask about their experience and most importantly sit down and take the time to talk to them. If you don't feel comfortable then find someone else, if you do then hire them.
