Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Hello. If you want to resolve the matter, certain steps need to be taken and some depend on how long ago you got the DUI. You should hire an atty. If there is a capias, the atty files the necc. paperwork & seeks to have that recalled & the case put on the court's docket.

Next, the atty gets the State's evidence.

If you don't plan on returning to the U.S. you could leave it be, but if you are returning, it may cause problems.
