how long on dui charge dose state attorney have to file charge and go to court

Barring extremely exceptional circumstances, once you receive the ticket, the case is "filed". They have to bring you to court within 90 days for speedy trial purposes IF you were arrested (which is about 95% of the time). However, court is usually set up within 30 days after arrest.
