I lost my license as a result of a dui conviction for 5 years. I have completed all required fines and classes. Is it possible to get your driver's license back before the full term of loss of license from dui conviction? Also I now live in NC and convictions were in FL.

You could apply for a hardship before your suspension is up, so long as you completed all requirements, such as DUI school and fines. Also, Fla wont give you a hardship without the ignition interlock.

You may be able to qualify for a hardship license depending on when your conviction date occurred. Contact a criminal lawyer near you to discuss your specific problem.
