Hello, my name is Meghan. I am 20 years old and was just recently arrested for my first DUI. Is there anyway at all that it could get lowered to reckless driving. My BAL level is a 0.121 is that really bad? I know this whole situation that I am in is bad. But I really need help. I want to join the military and change my life around. I just got off probation for drinking under the age after that I finished high school at a private baptist high school. Is there anyway a first DUI can get dropped to reckless driving. Please please please help me, please.

Yes it is possible to get it reduced to reckless. That said, due to your age and the fact that you just got off probation for an alcohol related offense will make it very difficult. Your only hope is to get an experienced attorney in your area to help you fight this.
