Multiple DUI's in 3 States. I got my first DUI in Minnesota in June 2007, I paid the fines, attended the class and got my license back. I got my second DUI in Minnesota in July 2008, while I was in the process of figuring out a deal I got a third DUI in Jan 2009 in North Dakota. I pled guilty to the one in ND, paid the fine, attended treatment and did the home monitoring and finished everthing March 2009. I then pled guilty to my second one where I paid my fine, attended my jail sentence and home monitoring and completed treatment. I was sober for a year and got my license back in Minnesota. I just recently moved down to Florida in June 2010. I was just recently picked up for my fourth DUI in FL in Oct 2010. I was able to be bonded out for $500 or $100 by a bail bondsman. What kind of punishment am I facing? Will I have to go back to MN and attend jail again? Will they allow me to attend inpatient treatment rather than going to jail?

This is a felony offense in Florida & will involve mandatory jail time, a potential lifetime license revocation & other sanctions. I strongly suggest you retain counsel immediately to explore your case & possible defenses.
