My nephew was charged in Florida with DUI. He didn't finish paying his fine, and he left the state, so now he is also charged with failure to appear and violation of probation. What is the normal jail time for something like this if he were to turn himself in?

It depends on a multitude of factors. There are different degrees of DUI, there are different judges, prosecutors, and attorneys. Is there any time left on probation. The max penalty on a DUI is anywhere from 6 months jail up to 5 years prison if it's a felony. You should contact an attorney to see what he is realistically looking at in that county.
