Does there need to be a Probable Cuase ticket for the stop when arrested for DUI

Not sure what you mean by a probable cause ticket, but the officers need probable cause to stop you for DUI. Your DUI ticket is evidence of the probable cause. This doesn't mean they ACTUALLY HAD probable cause but it is the officer's version of probable cause. An attorney can always challenge the officer's version of probable cause.
