I was pulled over by game&fish under suspicion.i was arested for dui. when i got to the jail i blew 5+ times and blew 0000. i then reqeusted for blood or urine and they refused.they held me for 8 hrs and i bonded out. however on my paperwork they have me refusing. i blew on all new mouthpieces each time.i was not under the influince. how can they charge me with no evidence of anything?

They can "charge" you with anything. Proving it is another matter. I strongly suggest you get a qualified attorney because it sounds like you have very good defenses for this matter. Good luck.
