Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

I received a lifetime revocation of my drivers license. No one was hurt because there was never any accidents. I got my fourth DUI 14 years ago when I at that time received my lifetime revocation. I am wondering, now that I quit drinking over 7 years ago and can prove this with documentation, if Colorado would allow me to get a Colorado drivers license. I checked Colorado's DUI laws and they seem to be quite stiff, but would they give me a reprieve if I were to relocate and work in Colorado. Someone told me this is possible. How can I find out all the details of this undertaking? I have already been through the DMV hearing for Florida but was turned down. I then took my case to the Supreme Court of Florida but was also turned down and lost the appeal.

As Florida law stands now, you can't get a license of any kind, no ifs, ands, or buts. Most states will then stand by Florida's lifetime revocation. However, you need to check with Colorado and see if they allow a hardship under these circumstances. Florida absolutely will not allow a hardship, but other states might so you need to check with them. Good luck.
