Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

son is in N. Dakota and was issued a DUI while driving his personal vehical. He is a truck driver by profession. The dot has suspended his licience. Is this suspension only for N. Dakota? Can he drive in other states(not profecionally)? Case goes to court in April. (first time offence) He wants to work.

Everything in N.Dakota is miles away and he needs to drive. Help

He needs to talk to a North Dakota attorney. As a Florida attorney I can not answer that question but a ND attorney can. Post your question for that state and hopefully you will get an answer or you can just look for an attorney online in that jurisdiction.
