what is the statue of limitations for a DUI in Florida? and can i get my license in another state?

Re: statue of limitations
If you were originally arrested for the DUI or have ever appeared in Court on it, then the Statute of Limitations is inapplicable.
If for some reason you were not arrested (such as hospitalized) and have never appeared in Court, then the Statute of Limitations is two years.
