Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Statute Of Limitations on a Felony D.U.I

How long does it take for a felony D.U.I to to be expunged or eradicated by the court, if it does at all?

I ask this because an employment application I am filling out wants to know if I have EVER been convicted of a crime that has not been expunged or eradicated by the court, and don't know if I should say yes or no.

I was convicted of a D.U.I w/serious bodily injury (felony) in 1993.

Thank you for your time, and any help in this matter would be grweatly appreciated.

A DUI is one of the crimes that is not eligible to be expunged. Therefore, the conviction stays with you forever.
