Under Florida law, simply by having a driver's license, you have given consent to a breath test. If you refuse, your license will be administratively suspended for a period of time which depends on certain factors.
If you have been charged with DUI, you must act quickly. You have only ten days to file an appeal to the administrative suspension. If you would like more information, I would be happy to discuss your options with you. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
