Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

If I have a warrant and I go and enroll into DUI school, can I be detained on the spot?

I wouldnt worry about it.

The DUI school is a private company and they want your money. While completion of the class is a requirement for the DMV the school is not a branch of the government.
