Wreckless Plea

I was offered a wreckless plea to a DUI charge involving another vehicle I was offered 1 year probation and 1 year court ordered suspension of my license and I was told I would be eligible for a work permit. It has been 13 months and I was wondering if it was the ''law'' that required my license be suspended. Is a wreckless plea no matter what is offered better than a DUI conviction.

A reckless driving charge is much better than a DUI. You need to check with your attorney as to the conditions of your driving privileges.
