Re: Bankruptcy
It is provided you have properly legally homesteaded it prior to the bankruptcy. This entails recording both a Declaration of Domicile and Citizenship in Florida and a Notice of Homestead Exemption by Owner of Real Property Before Sale in the county which you reside at the local Clerk's Office. I recommended that you contact a local bankruptcy or real estate attorney to help you with this matter.
