Broken Cell Phone
During school, another chilg grabbed
my son's phone away from him and
broke it. Do I have any rights for
compensation? It is a Blackberry and to
replace it , it would cost me $449.99.

Re: Broken Cell Phone
Sure, but suing the child is not likely worth your time or effort or expense. He will not have the money to repay you in any event. Better approach is to contact his parents, not the courts.
